“It has an attractive nose with blackberry, dark chocolate and a touch of black pepper that gains intensity in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with a slight chewiness on the entry, segueing into quite a lively, white pepper-tinged middle with finer tannin than I was expecting. The Malbec really flourishes here and delivers a minty freshness on the finish. Enjoy this over the next 5 or 6 years.”
