“A 50-50 blend of Grenache and Mourvédre sourced from safre, or sandy soils, this unctuous red fills the palate with plumes of silken raspberry preserves, fresh sage and thyme. Matured 18 months in a combination of stainless steel and oak, it’s a rich, concentrated wine wrapped in firm, fine-tipped tannins. A stunner in youth but powerful enough to mature nicely through 2035 and hold further. ”
